Our son Constantine had THE best experience at Salaita Orthodontics!! The staff was exceptional. Dr. Salaita was professional, down to earth and spent quality time with our son! They had a great goals-system which motivated my son to continue his healthy orthodontic-care habits! His smile is fabulous and he gets compliments all the time! Thank you to all!

Mission complete!!! The team was detail-oriented and focused on making sure the child was comfortable throughout the process from our first consultation to getting the braces on. Everyone kept a smile, which made the atmosphere much more comfortable for a process that can make some very nervous. In addition, the incentives for meeting the expectations set for maintenance of the braces are a great way of keeping them motivated and aware of the proper care of the braces. I have three children currently with orthodontic treatment at Salaita Orthodontics, and I can't recommend this office highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly efficient and always made scheduling appointments a breeze. Dr. Salaita is not only highly skilled but genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was evident that she genuinely wanted to ensure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which made my visits quick and efficient. We barely ever had to wait for appointments, and I love how they utilized digital scans instead of traditional impressions – it made the process so much more pleasant! Beyond the technical aspects, what really stood out to me was the supportive environment. The staff was consistently upbeat and encouraging, which made each visit something to look forward to. We highly reccomend Salaita Orthodontics!

Salaita Orthodontics was referred to me by a coworker and from the first appointment, the staff have been nothing but kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My daughter felt welcomed and at ease getting her braces put on. And everything about my daughter's care and finances were explained thoroughly and in an easy to follow way. Sometimes these things trip me up but they walked me through everything. I could not be happier with my choice of orthodontist office.

My 4 year old son and I visited Dr. Salita for a palate expander consult last May. Both Dr Salaita and her staff made him and I feel welcome and comfortable during our time there. The office was very clean and well maintained, the front desk was kind and cheerful and everyone was smiling which speaks volumes of the leadership there. The consult was not too long, but thorough and I left with a clear understanding and a plan on place. Since then, they sent a birthday surprise for my little guys birthday and he remembers that office as the one where he got the frosty key tag😊. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

This place has been fabulous! We tried originally going to a local orthodontist in Mount Vernon. My child did not respond well there. Our pediatric dentist referred us here. From the very beginning my son did well and enjoyed his experience. I credit it this to the amazing bedside manner of the Dr Salaita and her entire staff. Let's face it braces can be awkward and uncomfortable for tweens. Their approach was fantastic and made it easy for him from the start. The skill level here is exceptional and I strongly recommend this practice! We drove an hour each way and it was WORTH IT. My child is now getting his braces off. He has a beautiful smile along with a great plan and education to keep it. Thank you all for what you do!!!

I have to be honest, I didn't expect the results to be this good. My child's teeth are perfect now. And y'all I have to admit they were jacked. I thought one might need to be extracted. His mouth was crowded, some teeth were coming in at angles. After a year, they are so nice, so straight, so much more room, he is so happy. Parents owe it to their children to get them the best healthcare. Especially with kids being so into social media these days. I see plenty of big toothy selfies in my son's future Also the practice is so warm and friendly, helpful when you need them. The Dr even came in on a Sunday to fix a wire for our son. Thanks Dr. Salaita.

I am so grateful for Dr. Salaita and her crew. They have made coordinating a complicated orthodontic treatment for my son attending college in Westerville while I am 2,000 miles and 3 times zones away as stress free as possible. Caroline at the front desk is always so kind and patient and never leaves me hanging. Dr. Salaita is very responsive and I am at ease knowing my son is in her care. All of the staff have been very good to him and they always start his appointment on time. I’ve been able to visit the office and it’s a lovely and welcoming environment. I highly recommend them and feel very lucky someone steered us in their direction..

If you want to hop on a journey to get your teeth rearranged, Dr. Salaita and her staff will go the distance with you and then a little further. The most amazing, knowledgeable, kind hearted, and skilled people on the team. The clinic is spic and span and they are always on time. They will build your treatment strategy with you, evaluate different options and explain things in detail before proceeding with a mutually agreed treatment plan. After visiting three Orthodontists for Consultations, we chose Dr. Salaita for our daughter. She wasn’t the cheapest option, but the quality we felt the moment we walked through the door was so different than the other two places. She spent so much time with my daughter, the visit wasn’t rushed at all. The lobby is so nice with an area for siblings to play and refreshments. The women at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a more personalized feel!

I was recommended Salaita by a friend. Even though they are not a “preferred “ with my dental coverage, the extra cost has been worth it. They are great with scheduling, the staff is amazing and on occasion when an urgent appointment is needed, it’s accommodated. Cannot say enough good things!

We saw Dr. Salaita for a second opinion on braces and we really liked how thorough she was with her evaluation. The office was also very nice. We unfortunately decided not to go with Dr. Salaita due to her unwillingness to offer any discounts like her competitors were offering. Other orthodontists offered discounts for full upfront payment, military service etc.. and two were offering $500 off the total estimate. I liked Dr. Salaita enough that if she would have knocked anything off the bill I probably would have gone with her. After presenting a competitors estimate, which was 20% cheaper, her Patient Coordinator emailed me and said they don't offer discounts because "Dr. Salaita gives top quality treatment". I would need to know a little more than that to pay 20% more. There was no effort to try to gain my business so we took it elsewhere.

My grandson just finished the braces process yesterday with Dr. Salida. She and her staff were always very accommodating, informative, knowledgeable throughout the process. The finished product is most satisfying. I highly recommend Dr. Salida and her staff to anyone seeking orthodontic services. Excellent service and ethics. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone who works here is always so friendly. We also know a lot of other families here, which is nice since our kids sometimes see friends from school. We have had a few instances when a bracket or band got loose or fell off, and they were always very quick to get us in to have it repaired. Looking forward to lots of straight smiles when we are all done!

We absolutely love this office! The front desk girls are always smiling and welcoming, even at 7:30am! Their space is beautiful and clean! The staff is patient with my daughter and explains everything they’re doing. My daughters plan has been communicated wonderfully and upfront from the beginning. My daughter loves the tokens she can earn and the school excuse notes are so cute! Dr. Salaita is patient, caring and you can tell she loves what she does. We are so happy to be at Salaita Orthodontics and will be bringing our son there next! Schedule a consultation, you’ll see what I’m talking about 🙂

Picking an orthodontist is not easy. We looked at many different places. I feel like we made the right decision! Dr. Salaida has been a delight as well as the entire staff! I was watching Dr. Salaida interact with patients before I even knew who she was. She was walking up to each patient and asking how they were doing and I thought to myself, “wow, this place is so friendly” and then when she came and introduced herself to us, I was surprised she was actually the doctor! If you are questioning whether this is the place for you, I would say YES! It’s a clean office with a good vibe.

We love Dr. Salaita and her team! The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Salaita’s assistants are helpful and knowledgeable. The financial plan was reasonable for my son’s orthodontic work. Dr Salaita is honest, trustworthy, and she does excellent work. My sons love coming here. Their smiles are even more beautiful because of Dr Salaita and her staff! She only recommends what is needed and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this team!

We have been very pleased and impressed with Salaita Orthodontics. Our son struggles with anxiety over having dental work done, but the staff at Salaita were patient and willing to try things in different ways to make it possible for him to have his work completed. We now appear to be about 3-6 months away from getting his braces off, and are very happy with the results. Our son is very happy as a Salaita patient!

Salaita Orthodontics has done a wonderful job with our son’s treatment. He was very nervous about getting braces. The staff and orthodontist have been great at explaining the process and being patient with him. This experience has also helped him become more comfortable with going to the dentist. We have a second child who will also need braces and plan to have him go to Salaita Orthodontics too.

I am thankful both of my sisters suggested to me Doctor Salaita. She is so wonderful and kind, and everyone working there is also wonderful and kind. I am nearing the end of my treatment, and each time I go in, I feel comfortable, and that I am getting what I need. I am happy I chose Salaita Orthodontics.

Thankful for the friendly staff and care at Salaita Orthodontics! We are now on our second family member from our household to get orthodontic care from this practice and we have been so happy with the outcomes. Our 8 year old looks forward to her appointments. They have a fun kids area with tablets for kids to enjoy while they are waiting and fun ways to incentivize good dental hygiene and care. We have to come early if she wants some time in the kids area because the office is so timely with our appointments on time! Just all around a great place! We would give 10 stars if we could! Highly recommend!

We have had both our kids with Dr. Salaita. Her and her staff have been phenomenal to work with, they are patient, honest, and caring. They have been very timely with their appointments and plans of care. They have gone above and beyond with my daughter and her orthodontic issues, we are forever grateful. Dr Salaita and ALL of her staff are amazing. They are so nice, appointments are always on time, appointment slots are flexible, it's easy to get a new appointment and they always take care of any little problem as soon as possible and with lots of compassion. My daughter loves the office, Dr. Salaita makes it warm and comforting and welcoming. (Positive reinforcement out the wazoo!) Once my daughter saw the place there was no convincing her to go anywhere else. But we are happy with our decision to come here!

The team at Salaita is professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about orthodontics and insurance billing. We were always greeted with a warm welcome and my son received such amazing care he didn’t want to get his braces off! Additionally, Lori and Stephanie made the insurance and billing process much easier. Thank you to Dr. Salaita and team for making braces a fun, enjoyable experience for my son! The staff is amazing at Salaita Orthodontics. We had consultations with a couple places but my daughter loved how the staff welcomed her. They explained her whole situation to her and how they would correct her teeth from start to finish. Dr. Salaita is the sweetest person. Very down to earth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing place!! Amazing people!! As soon as you walk in the office, all you will feel is kindness and love. Last year, I decide it was time for my daughter to get braces. I knew this might be a challenging task as my daughter requires full body MRIs every 6 months and would not be able to have metal in her mouth. I began calling orthodontic offices and explained the situation. After calling 6 different offices and all of them stating they wouldn’t be able to help. I call Dr. Salaita’s office. The receptionist placed me on hold to ask if it was possible. She came back on the phone and said they’re not sure if they will be able to help but would love for us to come in for a free consultation. I was overcome with emotion. During the consultation, Dr. Salaita recommended we go with ceramic braces and remove the wire prior to each MRI. And she offered for the wire removal to be free of charge. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter.
