We’re excited to announce that we’ve resumed patient care as of Monday, May 4, 2020!
As always, the safety of our team and all of our patients is our top priority. We will continue to follow infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In addition, we have developed new protocols in order to practice social distancing.
Here are some things to expect upon arriving at our office:
Curbside Waiting Room: In order to reduce exposure, our reception area is temporarily closed. Please text 614-888-4577 upon arrival, and we will text back when it is time to enter.
Any person coming into the office is asked to wear a mask. We will provide one as needed.
You will be greeted by our Infection Control Coordinator who will perform a health screening assessment, take your temperature with a touchless thermometer and disinfect your hands. You will also be given an oral rinse, Peroxyl, to help reduce viral & bacterial load prior to your appointment.
We’re not your typical orthodontics team. At Salaita Orthodontics, we are passionate about getting our patients excited about their visits with us. It’s essential for patients to participate in their treatment to make it a success, and our compassionate staff helps make it happen.
